Giggles and Happy Feet Daycare

I am a married, 21 year old pre-k teacher and offer childcare in my home. I am currently attending school online for my Early Childhood Education Degree. I am CPR and First Aid Certified in Infant/ Child/ Adult. I believe children learn best by playing and copying the behavior that is modeled for them by the people they are around the most, whether adults or other children. I provide consistent, comfortable routine in a family atmosphere. We have lots of supervised free play in which the children are able to choose age-appropriate toys that interest them. We try to go outside daily for free play, if the weather cooperates, as we live across the street from  a park

I will do my best to ensure the safety, comfort, health, and happiness of all children in my care at all times and will present them with the opportunity to learn weather it's working one on one with me or at their own pace. We live in a very clean and sanitary home, smoke free, and pet free.

Every day, we learn through a variety of activities, which may include reading, arts and crafts, singing and music, educational toys and videos, outdoor play, and fun. Because I have worked as a pre-k teacher, I offer a pre-k program starting age 2, to prepare them for kindergarten. We celebrate holidays, and birthdays.  I'll supply your child with breakfast, a healthy lunch, afternoon snack.Overnights can be scheduled.
